We live in Birmingham and recently had an infestation of bedbugs. They are honest, hardworking, patient and supportive. Their communication was brilliant, they answered continuous questions we had and were always very respectful and dignified towards us.

One of my family members has serious health issues, both Assem and Taimur were very supportive towards him and were always available to listen to his concerns and provide supportive answers and practical solutions. It honestly felt like they were a part of our family.

Assem is highly experienced and has real depth of knowledge. He gave us huge insights into bedbugs, their life cycle, how they spread and so on. He was able to assess our house and work out what treatment was needed.

I didnt actually need any service in the end because of the information he provided. After spending a lot of time explaining the scenario to me and what was required, he noticed that it was actually carpet beetles rather than bed bugs. Saved me 100s of pounds. Could easily have taken advantage of my situation, but let me know that no service was required. Also gave me information on how best to deal with the carpet beetles. Seems a much easier problem.
