Id already had two chemical treatments done by another company and the infestation just kept bouncing back. The smell and disruption were horrible and I felt like I was wasting money. ThermoPest Bed Bug Treatment London came in, did a proper inspection and told me straight away that heat would have a much better chance. They were right. It took two full heat treatments in the end, but they honoured the 60-day guarantee without any hassle. The follow-up visit was included and they didnt make me feel like Id done anything wrong. Thermopest came out to do a bed bug heat treatment, I was told it would get rid of the problem in one visit. However a few days after the treatment we noticed live bed bugs. I called Gavin and he was able to send back another set of technicians to complete a second treatment. Since then we have been bed bug free, I will give 5 star since dealing with Gavin helped the process to go well.

After a trip abroad i must of brought bed bugs back in my suitcase. noticed bites straight away and panicked. called a london company who do bed bug heat treatment, they inspected and told me it was only a light case so spray was enough. got rid of them quick. service was good, Gavin was great to deal with

When we first discovered we had bed bugs, we used a different company who failed to get rid of them and left us feeling really anxious that the problem was going to be hard (and expensive) to solve. I do think ThermoPest could offer a bit more in terms of aftercare, such as a follow-up inspection as standard. That said, the service itself was top-notch, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with this nightmare of a problem.
